The rooms are either located on the ground floor with direct access onto the property's terrace area, or upstairs with views over the grounds and lake views. Please note that there is a limited number of ground-floor Superb Rooms that have a partial view of the lake and one Superb room on the first floor which has no lake view.

Birthday Trip to Lake District
Me and my partner unexpectedly booked a stay here after an Air BnB nightmare! It was the best thing that could have happened. From the moment we stepped in the door, the staff were amazing. Genuinely kind people who wanted us to enjoy our time there. Made me cry after a disaster of a start to our trip!! Special shout out to Leame and Craig who made our stay super special😁 Food was incredible, room was cosy and comfy and the location was ideal for exploring.
